If you are traveling south on the island Hwy from Nanaimo or Ladysmith you can take the senic route to Chemainus, along the ocean, by turning on to Chemainus Road at the Cornation Square Intersection, follow Chemainus Road until you pass the Fire station then turn left at Oak Street. We're on the left hand side across from the BC ferries ticket booth. |
You can also take a slightly shorter route by following the Hwy south a little further until you come to the Henry Road intersection. Turn left onto Henry and follow it down past the Golf Course and go round the round about and head North on Chemainus road.
If you're traveling north from Duncan or Victoria, Exit at Henry road as well and then head north on Chemainus road.
Once you are going north on Chemainus Road Turn right on to Victoria Street, by the Chemainus Theatre.
Victoria street follows along the mill fence and then becomes Croft Street. At the first stop sign turn right on to Oak Street; we're on the left hand side beside The Book Nook Coffee House.
If you are arriving in Chemainus on a boat we are just up the street from the municipal dock on the right.
